This model has been specially designed for grinding and polishing cylindrical surfaces made of ferrous (steel – stainless steel) and non-ferrous materials (aluminium, brass, synthetic materials, cardboard). The working units operate above the piece which is supported by a roller conveyor.
All the structure of the machine is particularly rigid and designed in order to eliminate any source of vibration. Working is made by abrasive belts and/or polishing mops. Control and feeding of piece is made by pinch-rolls controlled by gear-motors; stepless adjustment of feeding speed by inverter. All the mechanisms are protected with fixed and movable parts; a better cleaning of the machine is obtained by a self-washing system that can be used by the operator according to his requirements. Automatic compensation of working pressure.
Centralised greasing equipment (manual or automatic). Electronic control of working cycle by PLC, with automatic positioning. The machine is provided with soundproof cabin and is supplied completely in conformity with CE norms.
