Linearity and brightness
The IMEAS Series of Directional Finishing Machines is designed to obtain surfaces with low roughness and medium-high reflection capacity. Such finishing is provided by the interaction of sequentially installed cotton rolls having decreasing density and hardness coupled with a system for the distribution of cleaning compound. An additional polishing effect is achieved due to the possibility to change independently the speed and oscillation of single roll, as well as working station. Depending on the individual needs of a particular production, IMEAS can study and offer specific technological solutions for both sheets and coils.
