Vertical pay-off systems for low, medium and high carbon steel wires in coils or spools. Individual construction, it can be set up in multiple groups with single or double working sides, with support structure made of steel sections. The coil or spool to be unwound is placed on an idle rotating plate equipped with adjustable mechanical brake for counter-pull. It is complete with support and guide rolls positioned along the structure to direct the wires to the treatment plant.
