The furnaces are used for galvanizing lines (CGLs) and continuous annealing lines (CAL). As a heating element, radiant tube or gas-firing with a muffle can be used.
Established technologies have been refined by EBNER for both the annealing furnace and the cooler, e.g. the patented HICON jet cooler.
All furnace types feature components manufactured or approved by EBNER. These components include burners, radiant tubes, control valves for the combustion system, heat-resistant material for muffles, hot bridles, insulating materials etc.
