Productivity at high frequency
In order to obtain the surface finish similar in quality to ScotchBriteTM, we have developed special machines equipped with abrasive brushes and rolls, and unique high-frequency oscillation systems for such rolls, which allow the most productive surface processing with the mentioned effect. Thanks to the simple roll changing system, the possibility to dress and clean tools without removing them from the machine, and absolute control of work parameters, we guarantee high-performance processing and obtainment of surfaces with homogeneous, bright and soft appearance that are suitable for interior design, electrical appliances, gives cleanliness and hygiene to medical products. The ATR module, like all machines of the AT series, has a control panel with a common intuitive interface and features a reduced number of components, making it easy to use and characterized by low operational costs.
